We have a vacancy for a Network Product Specialist to join our dynamic technical team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
5 – 10 years working experience as a Network Engineer
Electronic security products experience
Must be able to travel
IT qualification a must
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Facilitate product training on all Network
products to customers and Regal staff member.
Provide technical support on all Network
products to existing customers and staff.
Provide technical support to the Regal sales representative where appropriate.
Submit a Management report on a monthly basis to Regal Technical Manager.
Assist in product evaluation and testing of Network products.
Assist in finding gaps and short comings in our Network product line and Network support offerings at branch level.
Provide technical feedback on product trends and recommendations for product enhancement.
Keep FTP server up to date with necessary marketing and technical materials and manuals.
Maintain and upgrade, where necessary, the existing warehouse Network
security systems.
Work in conjunction with Branch Technical Support Staff to ensure that branch systems are fully functional.
