The Democratic Alliance is launching its Nelson Mandela Bay manifesto.
Party leader John Steenhuisen, current mayor Nqaba Bhanga and Chairperson of the Federal Council Helen Zille attended.
The DA lost control of Nelson Mandela Bay in August 2018 after a motion of no confidence in then DA mayor Athol Trollip.
After a long period with interim leadership, Bhanga was elected in December 2020.
He’s been nominated as the party’s mayoral candidate for the metro in next month’s local government elections.

Molise, popular for portraying Tebogo on the multilingual SABC 2 show, has broken up with Twala and the two have been living separately for three years.
