Sadtu says law enforcement must ensure pupils who do have to go to school on Monday are safe.
It is calling on the EFF to protest peacefully.
Sadtu general secretary Mugwena Maluleke said, “we are concerned of the safety. Made a calling they don’t have a right to intimidate teachers or pupils. Call on law enforcement to make sure those who go to school are safe.”
“Hope the EFF do not find themselves in a situation where they undermine the constitution of the country.”
