Natasha Sutherland who plays Layla McKenzie on Scandal. Natasha is an actress, author, motivational speaker, mom and serious sharks supporter. Natasha Sutherland began her career in the early 1990’s as presenter of children’s show Kideo.
She then joined the cast of the soapie, Egoli, launching her acting career. This led to other shows such as the now defunct, The Wild and more recently, Scandal. Off camera, Sutherland has worked as editor of Finesse Magazine.
She also writes books and does public speaking.
After the huge success of Natasha Sutherland’s first book, Bittersweet, she is back with another inspirational self-help hit, Fairytale.
More than 35 000 copies of Bittersweet and Bittersoet combined were sold, touching thousands of women across South Africa and helping them to deal with their own pain.
