Being in the entertainment industry is one of the hardest things a person can do. Bagging a role on a television show or a slot on the radio does not guarantee a lifetime spot on the show, at any given time, your character or show may be cancelled – leaving you without a job.
On several times, we have seen a few celebs get fired from their jobs. Take a look at some of the shocking dismissals:
DJ Sbu
Sibusiso Leope was fired from Metro FM after his contract had expired and the radio station could not renew his contract and he was replaced by Lerato Kganyago.
Masechaba Ndlovu
In April, Masechaba allegedly lost her cushy Metro FM job after being with the station for a couple of years. After her infamous interview with Babes Wodumo, the star has been under fire.
Robert Marawa
A couple of weeks ago, Robert Marawa took to social media to announce that he was allegedly fired from his SuperSport 4 job through a text message.
Tumi Voster
According to a Sunday Sun article, Tumi was allegedly fired from her universal Music job after being with the company for a couple of years.
