If Soweto’s electricity crisis is not addressed within 14 days, Joburg Mayor, Mpho Phalatse, has promised to march alongside residents to Eskom.
This came out at a meeting Phalatse held to address the area’s service delivery woes.
Soweto Parliament has also vowed to go to Eskom on Monday to get at least 120 residents employed as technicians.
