Actor Abdul Khoza joined a growing list of celebs, including Kwesta and Idris Elba, who’ve tied the knot this year. The Isibaya star married Baatile Themane over the weekend.
In pictures shared by close friends and family, the bride and groom can be seen dressed in matching green and white traditional outfits as they’re surrounded by their loved ones.
Abdul met Baatile in the parking lot of a shopping mall in Emalahleni and immediately knew she was the one, he told DRUM last year. “The first time I saw her, I saw a wife. She was beautiful and ngingumZulu mina (I’m a Zulu man), ngiyazazi ngifunani (I know what I want).”
Although Baatile was a bit hesitant to date a celebrity, seven months into their relationship she agreed to be his wife. “He came out of the bathroom and went on his knee. He can be very romantic,” she told DRUM.
