Former DA leader Mmusi Maimane show Pearl Thusi and DJ Zinhle some love

Former DA leader Mmusi Maimane, took to Twitter to show besties and TV stars Pearl Thusi, and DJ Zinhle some love. This follows after being subjected to a lot of hate on social media recently. Pearl recently trended when she defended foreign nationals living in South Africa, who have become victims of xenophobia. Her tweet sparked major debate on Twitter under the #PearlThusiMustFall. Yesterday DJ Zinhle also had to put trolls at their place when they attacked her daughter Kairo.
This follows after AKA responded to a tweep and said Kairo is ten times richer than him and she can neither read nor write. Zinhle had to intervene to protect her daughter and warned them that they should not come for her.
Showing his support Mmusi encouraged the besties to speak their truth and don’t back down. “May these two icons grow from strength to strength. Speak your truth and don’t back down, rise further, and multiply.” he wrote.

A tweep reacted to Mmusi’s tweet and said he is “trying too hard”, Mmusi savagely clapped back and said he must not start with him. Talk about teaching peeps to mind their own business
You’re trying too hard now, relax
