The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse said Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane must be declared unfit to hold office.
This follows the North Gauteng High Court declaring her report into the Estina Dairy Farm project as unconstitutional.
Outa’s Chief Legal Officer, Stefanie Fick stated the manner in which the investigations were conducted raised questions about her competency.
Fick said the organisation wants an ad hoc committee to investigate the competency of the public protector.
