Who knew a walk down the street with a friend would end up in marriage for Martha and Michael? Michael, who was taking a drive that day, spotted Martha with her friend and stopped his car for a brief conversation. He later offered them a lift and just as Martha was getting off the car, he asked if he could see her again.
Martha agree, saying she’d get details of the “date” whenever he’d call her to set it up. She says it was love at first sight and since she was in a good mood that day, she felt comfortable giving him a hug and a kiss before she got out of the car. Hehe.. Let’s just say, Michael couldn’t be more excited!
Michael wanted to see if she was into him, so he came up with a few ideas. Martha also admits that she would play hard to get at first because she wanted to see if he was serious about her. She says she would turn him down sometimes when he asked her out on a date.
He didn’t call her for like two weeks subsequent to the day they met and when he finally called her, he asked if they could meet up somewhere for a chat. They met up at the same spot they first met and shared a meal together. Michael says it’s been like that up until today.
Martha says she loves the fact that he’s a God-fearing person, respectful and loves to make her laugh a lot. They invited OPW because they wanted to share their love with the rest of the country.
