The successful candidate will be responsible for Product and Process Development: Promoting the development of company technologies and the general knowledge level within the company. Developing creative ways to streamline company processes and increasing internal efficiency. Continuously developing and improving support models for customer support and service centers. Developing new technology and products. Test Work Conducting test work and determining the suitability of available equipment to the clients requirements. Producing technical reports and specifications in connection with any test work performed. Assisting the customer in understanding the demands of the material and the implications of machine selection on upstream or downstream processes.
Product Realization Creating product definitions tailored to the customers needs. Creating a register of items and bills of materials in the relevant information system to allow for the procurement of machines, spare parts, and equipment.
