Analysing situations or data that requires an in depth evaluation of multiple factors

Conducting root cause analysis
Developing ways to minimize risks (scorecards; strategy; etc.)

Minimum Experience Level

Model Manager

10 years relevant business experience and knowledge of risk is preferred.

6 years’ experience in credit modelling with proven, successful leadership of a team is preferred.

Detailed knowledge of Basel II, Bank’s Act and regulations.

Knowledge and understanding of economic and regulatory capital will be an advantage.
