An Ad Hoc Joint Committee on flood disaster relief will visit areas in Tshwane on Monday.
The oversight visit will monitor government efforts to help residents affected by recent flooding.
Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi will join the team as it begins visiting Mamelodi.
Low-lying areas were damaged by heavy rains earlier this year, last year and in 2019.
Some residents there have been relocated, but budget constraints have caused numerous delays.
The team will also visit Hammanskraal, the epicentre of a deadly cholera outbreak.
