Formal Hospitality Qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

Must have a working knowledge of the OPERA reservations system. 4/5* Hotel Experience. Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills. Well-Presented. Good Command of the English Language, Written and Verbal. Strong Email and writing skills.
