We are hiring for a General Manager in the Louis Trichardt area for a camp with 9 units. Please note that this is a full live-in position. The core purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth operation of the lodge finances, guest experience, and all-around operation.
Skills & Experience:
·Computer literate with Intermediary skills on MS word, Excel, Email and should have worked on one or two Hotel property management or reservations systems
·2 years’ minimum experience in assistant manager work experience in a hospitality environment
·Passionate about food
·Solid experience of stock controls and of the month to month stock take
·Excellent attention to detail
·Exceptional communication skills in English
·Passion of the natural world
·Management experience of junior staff
·Driver’s license essential, including professional drivers permit
·Be in possession of a valid South African work permit

Job Type: 6 Months Contract with potential to be full time based on performance.
Experience:
·3-5 years in a hospitality environment (waitressing, bartending, etc) (Required)
·Added advantage in management experience
