Precious Ramabulana’s murderer has been handed two life sentences in the High Court in Polokwane.
Aubrey Manaka stabbed the 21-year-old Ramabulana 90 times in November 2019.
The accused told the court he had seen the deceased dancing with her friends and developed an interest in her.
He later forcefully entered Ramabulana’s rented home and stabbed and raped her.
Ramaphosa had described the crime as a national shame.
