Lethabo Power Station was the best-performing coal power station just a few months ago.
But it has since lost its spot to Medupi. The Minister of Electricity Kgosientsho Ramokgopa is back touring some power stations.
While there is no cause for concern that Lethabo has lost some of its energy availability factor, it still provides almost 3000 MW to the grid.
