LEGAL ADVISOR (TEMP CONTRACT)
SALARY: NEGOTIABLE

Searching for an individual to provide legal advice and support to the organisation
Requirements:
An LLB or equivalent qualification – admitted attorney with at least 3 years post article experience.
Extensive experience in litigation and court experience
Knowledge of laws and legal processes Corporate Finance, Structured Finance and Investment Banking as well as Tax Laws, Companies Act, Insolvency, Labour Law.
Experience in turnarounds and restructures of companies and finance related duties
Duties:
Implement and monitor debt recovery, litigation, liquidation and all other legal and court processes
Provide legal input in submissions on existing invests prepare by the relevant committee’s
Implement the restructuring of companies and drafting all legal agreements
Provision of general legal advice
Budget Management
