The body of a four-month-old baby girl has been found at a river in the Isithebe area in KwaZulu-Natal.
Members of the community spotted the body while they were walking next to the river.
The infant went missing during power cuts on Friday night.
IPSS Medical Rescue says the circumstances of the baby going missing are suspicious.
