It was another short appearance for 21-year old accused of killing school teacher Kirsten Kluyts.
The accused has been in police custody since his arrest after being seen leaving the crime scene wearing Kluyts’ t-shirt.
The accused has maintained he didn’t murder her but stumbled upon her body.
Kluyts was found naked and dead in October last year down an embankment at George Lea Park.
She was participating in a My Run at the park.
