Katlego Marite, the 12-year-old boy kidnapped from eMalahleni, has been found.
The boy was kidnapped on Sunday afternoon.
He was playing with his two friends at Frangipani Street, Tasbetpark when he was taken.
Kidnappers left a note demanding a ransom in the form of Bitcoin.
Mpumalanga police spokesperson Leonard Hlathi said the boy was unharmed.
Police will soon reunite him with his parents.
Hlathi said that initially, three men were said to be involved in the kidnapping, but the scope had now been widened.
#KatlegoMarite is currently undergoing health observation and the police say they are not at liberty to disclose circumstances around how the 13 year old was found.
