We’re looking for someone awesome to join our team at Jozi Kitchens!

The position available is for an Interior Designer with kitchen design experience. The role as junior kitchen designer will also be required to do admin-related tasks.

We are based in Kramerville, Sandton – Johannesburg.

Some of the tasks associated with this position will include:

Interpretation of the site measurements and notes.
Designing a well-thought-out kitchen that is functional and in-line with client’s personal aesthetics.
You would be required to compile quotes, cut-lists for orders, presentation layouts, finishing and fixture schedules relating to the project and place orders.
You will be required from time to time to create brochures, pamphlets, updating website and online social media posts for marketing purposes.
Administrative duties (Data capturing, creating mailers, setting up spreadsheets, filing etc..)
Project managing sites and in the future ‘Client visits’ for quoting purposes.
Assisting walk-in clients / client presentations in the showroom.
Qualification in Interior Design (Degree) and sales/design experience would be preferable. Computer Literacy and Own Transport are non-negotiable [You’ll need to send examples of your work during the interview stage].
Working hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm, Monday – Friday & 8:30am – 15:00pm Saturday.
Candidate needs to be well spoken and have a good attention to dress code and appearance being showroom based…

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R10,000.00 per month
