It all began when the King Richard star went onto the stage and slapped Rock after the comedian made a joke about Smith’s wife Jada Pinkett-Smith’s alopecia, saying he ‘could not wait to see her in GI Jane 2’.
This infuriated actor the who got up from his seat slapped Rock and later shouted:
