Manage emails and logged faults received and sent by External and Internal Customers
Capturing, reporting and analyzing of support tickets and problems associated
Able to take initiative in the work provided
Have the ability to work alone as well as being a team player
MUST be credit and criminal clear
Own vehicle a must
Support our Syntell IT Infrastructure onsite and at External Customers
Analyzing symptoms to determine underlying problems
Be on standby after hours as per roster
Excellent general communication skills – verbal and written
Qualifications:
MCSE or A+, N+ IT diploma
Experience:
5 Years in IT Support
