Qualification:

University Degree in Information Technology Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering

Appropriate computing and network certification (A+, N+, MCSE, MCITP)

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Management in large corporate environment (experience

in a subsidiary of a multinational company is preferred)

5 years of experience in implementing SAP

7 – 10 years of experience in Helpdesk support and user training

Minimum of 2 years management level experience

Computer units, cabling, setting up of servers, operating systems, Microsoft databases

SAP ERP System

Commercial (SD)

Logistics (MM)

Manufacturing (PP)

Plant Maintenance (PM)

Networking

Must be compliance orientated with a high sense for detail

Must be able to identify risks and implement remedial actions

Ability in producing accurate reports

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal abilities

Job Description:

Take care of IT equipment configuration and maintenance

Give Help Desk support to users for computer hardware, systems, network and connection set up

Ensure the proper operation of current computer applications Prompt problem solving of all IT problems

Manage current communication system of the Plant including cell phones and CCTV systems

Ensure proper functioning of corporate communication and conference systems

Take responsibility for the management of server and system control room

Take responsibility for the management of IT contractors and service providers

Ensure periodical maintenance of existing equipment and suggest improvement and investments in new equipment and applications

Install new applications and programs

Notify employees about problems, educate and train users to properly use equipment and applications, as well as to solve problems

Train and educate SAP users to efficiently use the ERP: suggest proper applications, support with processes, transaction, reports

Defining CAPEX & OPEX budget

Maintain confidentiality about company and staff information Available for support after hours

Running regular checks on network and data security Maintain recovery and back-up system procedures

Responsible for the management of department KPI’s
