Job Description:
Tend to the end-to-end responsibilities within the Business Analyst framework, from facilitating workshops and requirements gathering through to documentation.
Work with relevant stakeholders including, Business Representatives, Product Owners and Architects, to define and elicit requirements aligned with the AS-IS implementation in order to get to the TO-BE target state.
Work in a fast-paced environment where the teams deliver in an agile way. Thus, your documentation methods must align to this.
Responsibilities and requirements:
6+ years’ experience as a BA in an IT environment
Relevant IT Qualifications
Not come from a corporate background/ environment
Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban experience)
Requirements gathering
Requirements documentation
Mentor others
Be the go-between for Business and the development team
Be passionate about what you do
