Conduct analysis
Conduct using NPS data on a topic defined by manager on a weekly basis.
Define potential deep dive based on insight from weekly analysis and Roots Cause Meeting Feedback ( from stores)
define potential deep dive based on standard post seasonal NPS report
Run deep dive analysis as requested by merchants on a seasonal basis (once a quarter)
Supplement all analysis with insights from different data sources (like loyalty, , foot-count etc. data)
Report Generation
Define reporting requirements with business owners.
Run analysis using top down NPS data on a bi-annual basis to create standard report for use in strategy setting meetings using Excel.
Potentially define and run deep dive analysis based on top down NPS survey (bi annually)
Package top down NPS insights into actionable report, effective using power-point, for each Chain strategy setting meetings
Determine key NPS KPIs from raw survey data and supply numbers to required stakeholders
Information Reporting
Collect and package analysis finding effectively to create actionable presentations for the Root Cause meeting as per agreed timeframes.
Collect, understand, analyses and interpret customer and competitor intelligence to drive and improve business decisions.
Present outputs/insights/recommendations to influences decision making.
Ensure that customer’s feedback mechanisms to support/ drive merchandising and operational business decisions is updated and relevant.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Grade 12, preferred relevant degree/diploma
3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role
Use of SQL (no requests coding required but ability to use/navigate the tool),excel and other data crunching tools(database like Alteryx as plus)
Functional knowledge of excel and Power – Point
Good communication skills (Written and verbal)
