The Idols winner gets that royal love. South African artists are getting love from all corners of the world now. The latest country to fall in love with SA’s heat? Sweden.
The winner of the latest Idols season Paxton Fielies was recently on a trip to Sweden as part of the World Children’s Prize Foundation.
Why you ask? To perform for her Royal Majesty the Queen of Sweden of course.
Crazy right? The Idols winner knocked the socks off the royal house so much so that she was awarded the role of ambassador for the Queen’s ‘You, Me: Equal Rights’ campaign and was presented with a Chrystal globe. Whoa!
As the world is opening up to our artists we hope she takes all these opportunities and runs with them. Here’s to Paxton taking over the world.
