The above-mentioned position exists at the Pretoria training hub and is situated in Montana. The incumbent will be required to coordinate and administrate courses of learners within the Pretoria training hub.
RESPONSIBILITIES
INCLUDE:
Coordination of courses
Providing advice and answering of queries with regards to courses
Administration of general Insurance training administration tasks
Ordering of stationery, obtaining quotations and issuing of requisitions
Processing of travel and subsistence claims
Booking/coordination/maintenance of training rooms, equipment or outside training venues
Managing inputs on the HR People System
Assist with the coordination and administration of all legislative training roll-outs
Required Skills
training coordinator : 2 to 3 years
budgeting and cost control : 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
FOR
THE
POSITION:
Grade
12 and a suitable 2 years Tertiary qualification (Preferably humanities)
Intermediate level of proficiency relating to MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
EXPERIENCE
AND REQUIREMENTS

1 Year practical experience of HR systems and software
2 Years coordination experience
