Our client is a dynamic, fast pace of international concern. They are currently recruiting for a proactive and resilient individual to join their HR team. Although the main focus in this role will be the end to end recruitment, this person will need to demonstrate experience in the following:
End to end Recruitment cycle which includes conducting interviews, assessments, reference and vetting checks, etc.
Ability to provide timeous and constructive feedback at all levels.
Understanding Labour Laws and best HR practices
General HR experience
Professional email information notices and general communications.
Assist with induction and orientation.
Ability to perform presentations to teams and management teams.
Maintain relationships with external vendors
Build strong internal relationships with stakeholders.
Budget Control (Recruitment)
Perform forecasting for Recruitment acitivities.
Pro-active management of Pipeline recruitment
Manage of muiltiple customer take-on’s
Ability to take direction.
Understanding how to read market trends and share with HR Manager
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure.

Exceptional time management skills
Professional image, well-groomed
Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience
Minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist experience
SAP experience is a must.
Proven track record in successful negotiation
A relevant degree or a 3-year diploma in Human Resources
