Marumo Gallants have confirmed that two of their employees are still held hostage in Libya, but they assured the public that they are safe. Media Liaison Rufus Matsena and Physiotherapist Tebogo Dhlomo were detained at a hotel in Libya over a payment dispute.

However, Gallants were not prepared to go public on the matter, at least until TODAY, Monday, instead, they denied the story when it first broke. Now, in a statement released on Monday, Gallants confirmed that the duo are still detained in Libya and that they are waiting for the matter to be resolved.

Gallants promised to set the record straight on the matter as soon as both Matsena and Dhlomo are released and back in the country.
