The High Court in Gqeberha dismisses Timothy Omotoso‘s mistrial application. Omotoso’s application for the judge to recuse herself is also dismissed.
He and his two co-accused Lusanda Sulani and Zukiswa Sitho face 97 charges, including rape, human trafficking, and racketeering.
Omotoso was a pastor of The Jesus Dominion International church, where’s he’s alleged to have sexually groomed his victims.
