Main Responsibilities
To maintain all tiled areas on the property to a set agreed standard.
To carry out planned preventative and corrective maintenance on the property.
To carry out all Handyman / Tiler related duties determined by management.
To ensure that all work-related requests for are safely, promptly and efficiently carried out.
Other Areas of Responsibility

Providing assistance in other fields within the general scope of maintenance & repairs, wherever required
·
Please note that shift work is a non-negotiable requirement
Required Skills
maintenance planner : 1 year or less

Requirements and Qualifications

Suited to a person who is standards orientated, is tidy, methodical & well organized
·
Excellent Communication Skills
·
Excellent interpersonal skills
·
Code 08 drivers license an advantage
·
Minimum Std.10 (Grade 12) or equivalent technical experience
·
Must have basic knowledge on the field working as a painter. Plaster and ceiling repairs will be an advantage.
