To provide secure and timely driving services to transport passengers or goods
delivery big and small to different locations
Perform minor maintenance work of a general,maintenance work on painting,
air-conditioner
plumbing,
lock smith, electrical, carpentry joinery tasks.

of 5 year experience in the similar role

Transport
of passengers, goods and / or documents
Must
have general knowledge and skills in all round maintenance trades, including
minor handyman and other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Maintains
understanding of current trends, codes, safety, practices and technologies
related to the trade and associated trades
Reads,
interprets and performs work from complex blueprints, drawings and
specifications
Performs
skilled tasks in building or facility construction and maintenance requiring
the application of general knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques,
materials, tools, and equipment within a safe manner
Maintain
equipment to its optimum performance level by monitoring and performing
Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance tasks with an emphasis on
safety and quality of work
