Ginger and turmeric tea an excellent immunity booster

This drink is an excellent immunity booster and can effectively fight seasonal flu, cold, cough, and allergies. Kids and grown-ups can consume this drink every day or at least thrice a week.

Ingredients
4 lime wedges (including the zest)
1.5 inch piece of ginger
2 cloves
¼ tbsp turmeric powder or 1 piece fresh turmeric
500 ml water

Preparation
-Pour the water into a vessel
-Into it add the lime wedges, ginger, cloves and turmeric
-Now boil them
-Boil until the water reduces to half (250 ml)
-Pass the drink through a sieve
-You could add ¼ tsp honey if you prefer it sweet
