Gigi Lamayne takes her Followers to school on #RIPMugabe

Gigi Lamayne showed up and showed off with the fruits of her education because mos our girl is a Wits alumni!
As we may have all heard by now, Robert Mugabe has passed away. May his soul rest in peace.
Tweeps have taken to Twitter to contributed a memory or two of the late Zimbabwean former president under the hashtag #RIPMugabe.
Award-winning Hip Hop artist, Gigi Lamayne , had a few sentiments of her own to share and this is what she wrote:
A great idealist. A bad executor. It’s a love hate thing here. To the next life. #RIPMugabe pic.twitter.com/lVJrWorcfI

While some of her followers saw this as an opportunity to debate with the Wits graduate…

…Gigi Lamayne shut it down with just one word!
1 word: Gugurahundi ❤️

*drops mic*
You also had to go and google “Gugurahundi” didn’t you? Yeah, same here.
Then along came another tweep trying to start another debate with Gigi, on some “I disagree” tip like:
I disagree, his execution was perfectly fine,it’s better than wat white people did to us,thing that lead to his downfall is because as soon as the whites imposed sanctions on zim,our countries turned its backs on zim instead of working with it, by trading with it .We lack unity.

But Gigi Lamayne didn’t hesitate to school the homie because this lady right here knows her history. She replied:
Under his regime many Ndebele people were killed by instruction.

So the homie had no choice but to acknowledge defeat. ” Oh. I had no knowledge of that information,” the tweep admitted.
Oh. I had no knowledge of that information.
