Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce and compile exactly from picking lists, to pack despatch customer orders Processing of orders ensuring that instructions are fully implemented Responsible for making informed decisions in respect to shipping options available Ensure all orders are fulfilled within specified time frames Ensure warehouse is always kept clean and tidy, with empty boxes flattened and stored in the correct location of the Warehouse Potential risks, problems or product defects to be reported immediately to the management team Be proactive in reporting to any issues that exist within the working environment
To carry out all activities in a manner that promotes safety to yourself and your colleagues Participate actively in continuous process improvement projects, seek ways to develop and maximize customer service levels Contribute actively to achieving departmental service level and targets Performance Standards All orders received are dispatched in line with company expectations Cycle count and stock management carried out when required Adherence to company Core values.
