The Candidate will Perform duties in all areas of the hotel property with regards to guest satisfaction as to assist with luggage and room induction.

The Porter / General worker promotes a positive image of the property to Guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly and should also be able to address Guests requests and problems.

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include: Provides exceptional service and assistance to Guests:

Assists Guests with Luggage as and when required
Assists Guests with parking
Assists Guests with directions
Responsible for achieving and exceeding Guest satisfaction
Ensure a Full room and Hotel induction is done upon check-in
Ensure all services available are offered to guests
Report any maintenance issues
Answering questions about the hotel and surrounding areas
Greet and welcome All guests

Candidate Requirements/ Experience:

Grade 12
Good English Command
Love for working with people
A Post Matric qualification will be to your advantage
