Reputable manufacturing concern, seeks an experienced individual, with tertiary qualification and ability to oversee and manage the company operations, with strong focus on Financial and Production accountabilities, main portfolio will be to ensure the smooth and correct running of the plant, in the most cost effective manner.

Strong financial skills
Experience in field of General Manager
Ideal candidate would have Financial/Business/Engineering related Degree, with strong financial experience coupled with Production Plant involvement
Costing and finance reviews and decisions
Managing of staff and leading of medium-sized organization
Overseeing of Plant
Business decisions relating to the best interest of the organization
Strong business ethics and exceptional interpersonal skills, required
