Qualification(s):
Grade 10
Relevant Civil or Electrical Qualifications would be an added advantage

Experience:
15 Years in a Foreman Role related to Civil and/or Electrical Infrastructure Construction Projects
Skills and Competencies
Good Supervisory and Organisational Skills combined with the ability to Manage Conflict
Ability to Negotiate, Facilitate and Influence Interactions with Subordinates
Ability to Communicate clearly in Written and Verbal Communication
Basic Computer Skills

Knowledge:
Good Understanding, Technical knowledge and experience with regards to the Civil and/or Electrical Construction Projects.
