Attention all customer service superstars! Accolades Boutique Venue is looking for a dynamic and friendly Front of House team member to join our growing team.
As our Front of House team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all of our guests. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so we are looking for someone who is confident, outgoing, and able to make a great first impression. Your duties will include greeting guests, answering phone calls, making reservations, managing waitlists, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
To be considered for this position:
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
– Manage incoming phone calls and emails to ensure prompt and accurate responses
– Handle reservations and manage the booking system
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
– Provide administrative and operational support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or receptionist role
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new software systems
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
