A Growing hardware and Distribution Co. is seeking a Qualified Experienced
Financial Manager for January 2019

Responsible for the entire credit control function.
Receipting must be done daily on Pastel and the receipt number recorded on bank statements.
Prepare monthly/daily journals for discounts, bank charges etc. and match journals on Pastel.
Credit limits and approved terms of customers must be monitored and maintained on a regular basis.
Monitor and release orders on hold. Communicate regularly with customer and management regarding overdue accounts.
Maintain and update approved Master data information.
Manage and oversee entire Accounts division including Debtors clerks,
Annual and Bi annual Reconciliations
Submission of PAYE, VAT, etc.
Prepare Income Statement and balance sheet including Trial Balance for Financial Year end.
Must be Honest, trustworthy, Reliable, Dedicated and with excellent time management skills.
Self-driven and motivated with ability to communicate with directors
Conduct Meetings with all Mangers and staff weekly to achieve departmental work output and feedback to Directors
Other duties include (allocated monthly reconciliations, monthly / quarterly returns, ad-hoc tasks etc.)

BCOM Degree
