Personal and Financial Assistant wanted: Salary R25 000 to R30 000 per month
Sandton, Johannesburg – Financial & Personal Assistant needed for an upmarket Aesthetic Centre
Must assist with the Personal Assistant elements and be a strong bookkeeper / creditors and debtors clerk
Relevant tertiary education post Matric qualification in Business Finance or similar;
Strong background and work environment in general business and financial management;
Min 5 years’ experience in finance;
Excellent computer skills proficiency, ability to produce professional documentation & presentation;
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices;
Must be able to work on Microsoft Excel and Pastel Accounting;
Demonstrate leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives;
Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style;
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethics and standards;
High comfort level working in a diverse environment;
Strategic planning and quality management; experience with Performance management;
Problem solving skills and troubleshooting and Conflict resolution.
