2 x FINANCE OFFICERS urgently needed: Salary R18 000 per month

Our client is a Johannesburg based SETA and they would like us to deploy two professionals with a strong financial background to assist with reconciliation of all financial records for 15 active projects. The incumbents will be requested to study records of all transactions and produce a comprehensive report detailing all findings including anomalies, the integrity of financial records, and the accounting systems used.

The incumbents will remain employees of our agency to be assigned to our client.

DUTIES:

Reconcile the reported activities against revenues and cash deposited
Evaluate work and document flow
Examine the invoicing system as well as details of actual invoices issued
Reconcile outward quotations against invoices
Carry out any other audit tests and exercises as requested by the client’s Executive Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least a National Diploma in Auditing / Finance / Accounting
3 years of experience as an auditor recons clerk
Ability to produce coherent reports
Experience of working with project structured transactions and systems
Candidate must be ready to assume duties within 5 days.
