Accounts /Finance Clerk (Construction Company) wanted: Salary R24 000 to R25 000 per month

R24 000 – R25 000 a month
We are recruiting for an Accounts Clerk for an established Construction Company
Checking / reconciling valuations
Reconciling contracts and confirming final account figures with the use of various Oracle reports.
Entering/approving invoices / dealing with queries relating to invoices.
Inter-company billing/moving costs from contractors
Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Accounts Manager or his designate.
Required Skills:
Senior Certificate
Three plus year’s experience in an Accounts Department
Experience of working in a deadline-driven environment
The incumbent must be numerate, computer literate and must have good communication skills.
Experience of Excel (including working with spreadsheets)
The ability to:
Work under pressure,
assimilate information quickly and effectively,
use their initiative, and,
have a flexible and ordered approach to work tasks
