We want load-shedding gone, says Fikile Mbalula

The ANC wants an end to blackouts, says Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula.

He was giving an update on the outcomes of the party’s national working committee meeting.

Mbalula reiterated that rolling power cuts will be over by the end of this year.

“Before the end of the year, we want load-shedding gone.

“We are getting positive reports in terms of work that is being done,” he said.

Mbalula said that they welcome all the initiatives by the ANC and a plan of action has been adopted.

“It is important that it is implemented decisively as it is being done at the present moment,” said Mbalula.
