Fezile Mkhize voted Cosmo’s Sexxiest Man 2019. His win was the result of a popular vote during which the public could choose their favourite their favourite contestant, and Fezile’s charm and good luck won him the title.
The 27-year-old doctor and Top Billing presenter were announced as South Africa’s sexiest man at the COSMO pool & pizza party at the Capital on park In Sandton on Sunday.
This win for Fezile comes as no surprise to us, have you seen how amazing this man’s body looks? Our first introduction to Fezile Mkhize was back in 2017 when he featured on a Jet ad that had tongues wagging for weeks on end.
