Our client requires the services of a Farm Manager
Key performance areas:
Practical farm work e.g. driving tractor, operating machinery etc.
Buying supplies when needed
Arranging the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment
Making sure that products are ready for deadlines, such as auctions and markets
Handling any type of situation that may arise
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
Matric with a degree in Agriculture
3 – 5 years relevant experience with pome fruit
Must have knowledge of fruit
Excellent leadership skills
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have good management and administrative skills
