Eskom board chairperson Jabu Mabuza has revealed that they have laid criminal charges relating to Tegeta contracts.
Mabuza, who was testifying at the state capture inquiry, said that they have exhausted all internal processes when it comes to Tegeta.
He said criminal cases or civil proceedings are being perused.
A National Treasury report flagged the contracts as irregular.
