Eskom’s former head of legal and compliance will take the hot seat at the state capture commission on Tuesday.
Suzanne Daniels has been quoted as saying she regrets not speaking up earlier about corruption and mismanagement at the utility.
Daniels is regarded as a whistleblower for her submissions to parliament but a disciplinary hearing found her complicit in unlawful events at Eskom.
She was later dismissed.
